Explain to your mom where you are going and with whom. she is worried about your safety and company. Assure her that everything is fine and she will let you. even when you are away, be in touch, inform your location and what time you will be back.

Understand that your mother is also coming from a concern perspective and instead of arguing try how you can let her know that you know she loves you and care about you so try to come on middle ground of where you also can go to party while also keeping her fear safe by you keep informing her about your whereabouts let her know you are safe, try to talk her as your bestfriend and not see her as your mother who hates you
