Hi there, I hope you are well. - Unsaturated fatty acids are liquid at room temperature and are of two types- monounsaturated fatty acids, and polyunsaturated fatty acids. -Unsaturated fatty acids can help reduce your cholesterol levels, balance blood sugar levels, reduce inflammation, and improve the heart rhythm. -Monounsaturated fatty acids are found in peanuts, avocado, almonds hazelnuts, etc and Polyunsaturated are found in fish, canola oil, flaxseeds, walnuts, etc. -Unsaturated fatty acids are primarily found in plant based foods. -Omega 3 fatty acids is a type of polyunsaturated fatty acids. -Saturated fatty acids are a mix of specific types of fats. Chicken, nuts also contain little proportions of these, however, beef, ice-cream, cheese has it in higher amounts. - Saturated fats are mostly found in animal based foods but there are some plant based sources, too. - Saturated fats can increase cholesterol levels, and increase the risk of stroke, Cardiovascular disease,etc.
