Id say 60% role we are social being we need more human contact to feel loved and heard but rest 40% is you being happy with yourself then only you will be able to enjoy the rest 60%

Relationships and social connections are two different things. Social connections could be to serve the community, contribute to the society. Relationships whether personal or professional needs to happen, one needs to take time to build it so that social connections also happen naturally. Relationship building is essential, it takes time and effort on a day to day basis.Do spend time building your Relationships, especially with your close ones and you will reap the benefit of it. Social connections, would be more crucial in office situations to build your network, as later it is through this network that you can build/create something new!
