Hii Ladies, I have been married for 27yrs and I feel very trapped. I am unhappy but I have no courage to change my situation. I have been a house wife but always had that urge to learn or work but never took that step forward. now my husband has retired he probably came with that concept that for the years he has not been with me he can over come that void and replace it but unfortunately I have gone too far. yes it's easy for me to act like the most loving wife and do all seva extra but that's not me. we have had heated arguments and I have told him please let me leave u but he refuses saying he cares for me and what will I do how will I mange on my own I don't have a job or anything to support me. I'm in a dilemma thinking what to do.

Before making any decisions. Understanding yourself is more important. Leaving him or getting a job does not guarantee happiness. Become aware of who you are, what your thoughts are, what your values are and then do something about it.

why don't you ask your husband that you want to work on your conditions? May be it could be a part time smaller work, but will satisfy your unresolved desires. Who knows, may be you can run a small scale buisness in future in which your husband will help and support you. Running away is not the solution. always. This could be the best solution for his repentance and even your desire will also get fullfilled. Think over this option seriously and if you like it and do it, I will be most happy for you.

I think you should talk to your husband that what actually you want,if he really cares for you then he will understand you and give you a space and support you in going out for work nd all. Give him a second chance and then take your next step
