Hi Mai ek Psychologist hu. Aisi situations mushkil ho sakti hai. Shurwaat ke liye, agar aap apne aur apne husband ki beech ki ladai Kam karna chahte ho, toh sabse pehle aapko shaant hoke unse baat karni hogi. Agar woh gusse mein hai, aur aap bhi gusse se baat karte ho, toh ladai aur badd jaati hai. Shaant reheke baat karne ki koshish kijiye. Apni sasuma se bhi aap puchhiye ki woh kyu ghar chorrke gyi.
